Dusan, Xilinx has an app note on reducing required routing layers for their BGAs at http://www.xilinx.com/bvdocs/appnotes/xapp157.pdf which can be applied to any BGA. Though obvious to the average designer, it might be an eye opener if you are just beginning to learn layout. Look at the examples and tutorials if 99se has them; I'm using ADD4.
