If a pin is not used at all in the component, there is no need to place it in the schematic symbol (hidden or otherwise). PCB does not care if there are unused pins in a footprint, so it will not complain when you put a two-pin part in a 3 pin package. -- Peter Bennett TRIUMF 4004 Wesbrook Mall, Vancouver, BC, Canada V6T 2A3 Phone: 604-222-7456 ____________________________________________________________ You are subscribed to the PEDA discussion forum To Post messages: mailto:[email protected] Unsubscribe and Other Options: http://techservinc.com/mailman/listinfo/peda_techservinc.com Browse or Search Old Archives (2001-2004): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] Browse or Search Current Archives (2004-Current): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]
