Tech Serve is in California. True, some say that is way out there but
it is still onshore, still part of the USA! 8^>
Without their site not being up and operational it is not readily easy
to get their phone numbers though.

You could always shoot an email to the administrator. Clearly the site's
mail server is still functioning, since we're getting emails. IF my
memory serves me correctly, a phone call might be kinda expensive, what
with you in MA, USA and them way off shore in OZ or New Zealand...
