It's my pleasure to announce Rats! version 1.11.0. New features
include more flexibility in declaring abstract syntax trees within
grammars, improved error checking and grammar analysis facilities,
and support for concrete syntax, i.e., the ability to specify source
code templates instead of programmatically building AST fragments.
