Hi! I am still here :-) Thanks for the mirror. The link http://www.lua.inf.puc-rio.br/~sergio/leftpeglist.pdf is working again. In this link I put an updated version of the paper. Basically, I reviewed the mathematical notation used to describe the semantics of PEGs. The rest of the text remains pretty much the same. I did not publish this algorithm.
