List, Stephen:

A bit puzzled about your way of expressing yourself in this post.

Are you conflating categorizations of linguistic terms ( binary thinking,
binary mode of thought) with the mode of being of conscious processes?

Would you disagree with the assertion that individual conscious acts are a
consequence of individual historical developments while linguistic terms are
consequences of cultural categorizations of sounds used to construct and
augment communication?

In other words, what are you thinking OF when you think ABOUT thinking?

Cheers

Jerry
