I found the introduction, part of chapter 1, and chapter 12 online. So unless you can get a copy via interlibrary loan or copies via the same that’s your best bet. The price, even for the Kindle version, is around $60. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue for me but I’m being a bit conservative in my spending this year.
