Clark, List:

Yes, the best deal that I have found so far is $71.52 plus $3.99 shipping
for the hardcover through Amazon. That is a bit steep for a 240-page book,
but it just came out in August, so it is not yet available through
interlibrary loan, and who knows whether or when there will eventually be a
paperback version.
