Dear Friends and Members of the Charles S. Peirce Society,

The Annual General Meeting of the Charles S. Peirce Society will be held on
Friday, January 6, 2017, 1:30–4:30 p.m. at the Renaissance Baltimore
Harborplace Hotel, 202 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, in
conjunction with the Eastern APA.  The program and agenda follow my
signature.

Also, please note that the Society is holding a second session on Saturday,
January 7, 9:00–11:00 a.m.  The speakers will be:

   - Chiara Ambrosio (UCL), "Peirce's Classification of the Sciences and
   Historical Epistemology"
   - Jimmy Aames (IU Blioomington), "On the Double Function of the
   Interpretant"  (Essay contest honorable mention recipient)
   - Kenneth Boyd (Toronto), ""Peirce, Ladd-Franklin, and the Development
   of the Proposition"  (Essay contest honorable mention recipient)
