Margaretha, Several philosophers have written about Peirce and Popper, including Eugene Freeman, myself, and others. You will find references in my paper ‘Thinking With Machines’. I do not have it ready to hand, but it is available on the Arisbe website. I would be delighted to hear your thoughts about my discussion there, although I must warn that the paper is somewhat dated - published in 1993.
