Pelatihan Food Hygiene 4-5 Maret 2005 Jakarta

Keracunan makanan di pabrik di Indonesia relatif sering. Meskipun
tidak banyak menyebabkan kematian, dampaknya terhadap produksi sangat
besar. Kerugian perusahaan bisa mencapai milyaran rupiah. Kemampuan
investigasi penyebab keracunan sangat sedikit dan upaya pencegahan
keracunan sangat minim.
Perhimpunan Dokter Kesehatan Kerja Indonesia bersama Yayasan IDKI
akan menyelenggarakan Pelatihan Food Hygiene, untuk pengelola
makanan, catering, restoran, hotel dan sejenisnya yang akan
diselenggarakan mulai tanggal 4 Maret 2005 sampai dengan tanggal 5
Maret 2005 (2 hari) di Bidakara Pancoran Jakarta.

Dear Sirs/Madame,
The food poisoning in factories in Indonesia is relatively frequent.
Although this incident is not causing death, its impact to production
loss is very high. The loss recorded as high as billion rupiahs.
Knowledge and skill of the clinic staff and others for investigation
is very low and its preventive action is lacking.
The Indonesian Medical Association for Occupational Health (IDKI)
together with the IDKI Foundation will conduct a training on Food
Hygiene for the Food Handlers, Food Related Managers, Caterings,
Canteens, Restaurants, Hotels etc, from 4 March 2005 through 5 March
2005 (2 days) at Bidakara Pancoran Jakarta.
