We have the following vacant positions available for immediate
employment.
Job Title: Offshore Field Operations Manager
Basic Function: The Offshore Field Operations Manager is responsible
for management of the production and marine operations from the offshore
Western Hub in the Natuna Sea. The position rotates with two other
Offshore Field Operations Managers. The rotational schedule is 2 weeks
offshore, 2 weeks in the office and 2 weeks off. The Offshore Field
Operations Manager reports to the Senior Offshore Operations Manager.
Reporting directly to the Offshore Field Operations Manager are the 3
Offshore Installation Managers (OIM's), Lead Operation Engineers and
Onshore Maintenance Manager.
The Offshore Field Operations Manager is directly responsible to ensure
that production from the offshore fields is optimized in conjunction
with valid reservoir management plans. He/She will manage work
assignments to ensure that targeted production volumes are met, O&O
budget is achieved, marine transport of export crude is executed as
scheduled, and proper maintenance of the production facilities is
performed in order to maximize the value of the Western Hub assets. The
incumbent must balance and prioritize all technical, commercial, and HSE
considerations in conjunction with governmental regulations. He/She is
accountable to ensure development and implementation of all manpower,
career development and progression, training and recruitment are
conducted to meet COPI requirements.
Qualifications
* University degree in engineering discipline.
* Minimum 15 years experience preferably in engineering and
production operations. At least 10 years will be in
supervision/management in engineering and production operations.
* Personnel and asset management skills including experience in
cost control, budgeting, manpower planning, appraisal and counseling,
and career development.
* Comprehensive understanding of the major BU engineering
disciplines.
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
* Teamwork and motivational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
