FYIG, recent incident in one of our principals manage vessel in the
port of Roberts Bank Canada, have caused the company to pay penalty
of Canadian Dollars 50,000 as Bond.

The Condition is that the vessel will be detained if the Company
will not Pay 25,000 Canadian Dollars for each crew as Bond.
In View of Child Pornography in the form of Photo and Video found
inside the PC personal computers of ( 2 ) Two crew on board, at
present both crew of subject vessel are being detained in the
custody of Immigration Officer in the port for further
investigation. In view we would like to pass you subject impomation
for your guidance. Further effective immediately all our joining
crew are brief of the above incident to ensure non occurrence of the
matter on our vessel, also subject incident are included on our PDOS
and Shipboard briefing Agenda during vessel visitations.
