1. MARINE SERVICE MANAGER (MSM) Responsible for oversight, plan and manage the Marine Services Division subordinates as well as all marine terminal and will provide leadership, in coordinating the daily operations. Ensure all of the marine services contracts (Managing Operating and Maintaining), are safe and efficient operation, and maintain all of marine terminal facilities (Floating Storage Oil), monitor and control the preparation of shipping forecast, budgets, manpower, material and equipment needs and other necessary reports that are sent to senior management, other departments and governments agencies. Requirements: § Institute of Merchant Marine, with Marine License ANT II - ANT I § Minimum 8 (eight) years as Mooring Master or ocean going Ship Master § Or Bachelor degree from Engineering with 10 (ten) years experiences as Engineer/Offshore Facilities Superintendent in Oil and Gas Industry. § Familiar with IMO, ISM Code Regulation, ISPS Code § Familiar with all the procedure of permits, certification from the Pertamina, MIGAS, other related government's department. § Strong leadership and good communication skills. § Computer literate and fluent in English 2. MOORING MASTER (Moor) Tankers/Barges commander in Terminal Operation, maintaining safe and efficient working practice and establish communication with clients.
