Dear Milist Sounds lovely vacation from PT Jesco!!
Firstly, my comment is.... that's such a huge money and quite attractive offering, which Chief Mate will be paid almost 4 grands of bucks. I'm pretty sure, even your office at Bekasi, but we will chassing those chance. But one thing, i just slightly feel curious, with that much rate of salary, and you required CHARGE or Management Fee for a month salary. That's such an "amazing" charge. It's mean, if i passed your screning system, and will be placed for Chief Officer, I have to pay approximately 36 million rupiah, haven't I? Am i wrong? or may you explain more details about this query? Normally, big salary should came from big company, and big company will give a nice compensation for manning agent which provide a good seaman. Not mean to offense your manning company, just want to know lah.... so, all of us will be clear....
