Klo menurut saya, mungkin sudah saatnya kita
meringankan "dosa" pemerintah dengan cara mendorong
lembaga diklat khususnya yang dimiliki swasta agar
dapat dapat memiliki QMS(Quality Management
System),TQM(Total Quality Management),ISO agar dapat
memenuhi Quality Standard System yang diinginkan oleh
pemerintah khususnya Ditjen Perhubungan Laut.Dari
sekitar 300an lembaga diklat ternyata hanya sekitar
20an yang memenuhi standard Ditjen Perla(Ditjen Perla
adalah maritime administrator negara kita yang telah
diakreditasi oleh IMO).Jangan sampai lembaga diklat
memiliki lab simulator yang hanya dikunjungi siswanya
sebulan sekali(Itu juga rame2,angguk-angguk,bawa
catatan) dengan alasan takut rusak.Atau lab simulator
engine room yang dibuat dengan hasil modifikasi mesin
kendaraan yang sudah tidak terpakai, sementara keadaan
realnya sungguh jauh berbeda.Memang untuk mewujudkan
hal ini membutuhkan biaya yang sangat besar.Bila
pengajuan dana bantuan ke World Bank, pemerintah,LSM
luar negeri,IMO ditolak semua..kenapa lembaga diklat
gak merger aja?Hilangkan ego masing-masing
diklat..soalnya ini menyangkut harkat dan martabat
bangsa Indonesia.
Kira-kira begitu..Hehehe,latihan buat ujian sidang
skripsi bulan Desember ini..Doakan akuuu smuanya
yaaa!!!!Pak Budiman,hardcopynya nanti saya kirim
setelah saya lulus sidang dan perbaikan.Terima kasih
banyak Pak!
Wassalam,
Dodi
