PT.Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk., based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our main
business is Crew Management and Manning agent for our holding Company
and it Subsidiaries by provide Qualified, Certified and Medically Fit
seafarers to join world wide fleet specialized in Tanker ship consist
of Chemical, Oil Product, Crude Oil, LPG and LNG.
Due to continuous growth and expansion plan of our company we are
looking for :
On Board Trainer
Job Requirements:
ANT 1 or Master Mariner
Min. 2 years experience in Master position on Board Tanker
Age between 35 - 45 years old
Proficiency in English both oral & written
Computer literary
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Excellent presentation skill
Strong leadership
Willingness to travel
High driven, self motivated, & proactive for continues improvement
Oil major experience
Job Responsibilities:
To conduct in house and on board training
To establish and prepare training syllabus & material
To assist selection process in preliminary interview
