As for scanning process I just have one rule, that description of this Milist MILIS DARI PELAUT UNTUK PELAUT DAN MEREKA YANG INGIN TAHU BANYAK MENGENAI KEPELAUTAN. In my short period as assistant I reject a few mail not related to that description (this maybe we can say A junk Mail) but not ban and remove for this milist. Also with rejection come explanation to sender why they are mail can't posting in milist. As for spam, do we really need to give than opportunity ? .Take member with nickname automoney and buxpaypal for example who offering to get easy money trough internet (they call it passive income) and also one member who send advertisement about love pills such as Viagra cs. I reject them a few time but still send same message. They give my no choice except to ban them from this milist.
