** kadang kadang kalo lagi "tegang kepala or stress di kantor" dengerin lagu
juga bisa membantu (khususnya lagu rohani ..
it really workss) --> dan pasang mp3 nya sebisa mungkin "sadar lingkungan"

volumenya di atur supaya bisa tetep denger keadaan sekitar .. dan juga
jangan menganggu keadaan sekitar (nyanyi nyanyiii
dan bergumam ga jelass . ntar bikin orang lain stress hehehee =p )

katanya sering membuka email bisa bikin stress , diusahakan membuka email
untuk waktu tertentu aja (2 jam sekali or berapa jam sekali )

soalnya dengan membuka email itu bisa memecah konsentrasi dari kerjaan yang

satu hari sebelum balik indon keaadan di kantor a bit "tegang" ada report
yang belom jadi (error) padahal uda mesti di kirim hari itu
(mana pagi pagi bos uda nanya gimana status report itu .. huaaa (>, < !)
di tambah lagi hari itu mesti ngelarin kerjaan kantor karena besoknya bakal
cuti panjang `
sedangkan .. itu hari juga pengen ikut misa Rabu Abu .. hikss (>,<)
(kepala teganggg ) ( ~ ~ !)
.. wkt itu cuma bisa doa .. curhat sama Tuhan .. dan mengimani ga ada yang
mustahil buat Dia
.. amazingly ... jam 5 sore semuanya uda beres dan bisa ngerjain hal yang
lain juga dan bisa ikut misa Rabu Abu (takkjubbbb abizz)
He really AMAZING ! Yup Muzizat itu nyata .. bukan karna kekuatanku
tapi karena Dia yang memungkinkan segalanya .. so di saat segala tampak
mustahil bagi teman teman
inga inga .. kita punya Allah yang memampukan kita melewati segala hal
termasuk yang tampak mustahil sekalipun

Ways to overcome

*1. **ORGANIZE!*
The most important element in overcoming stress is organization. You must
learn to organize your time, your records and even your interruptions.
*2. **PLAN!*
End each work day by evaluating what you accomplished that day and, more
importantly, by reviewing your schedule for the following day. Review your
to do list, see what appointments are coming up, what projects you need to
work on

*3. **PRIORITIZE!*
Make a written list of everything that must be done in order of importance,
then tackle the list beginning with the most vital objective before going on
to the next task or project in order or importance. Avoid the common
practice of procrastinators who usually do the easiest-usually less
important- job first
*4. **TAKE MOOD BREAKS!*
At least once in the morning and once in the afternoon take time to leave
your desk and do something that will energize you
*5. **DECIDE!*
Once you get the project, decide how it will be handled and who will handle
it. If you elect to do it, assign a priority to the project
*6. **DELEGATE*
Decide who is going to do the project and communicate your decision and the
project deadline date to that person both orally and in writing to ensure no
miscommunication or faulty memory
*7. **CLEAR YOUR DESK!*
It's important that you work from a desk cleared of everything unrelated to
the project at hand. Everything else should be in files, drawers or closets.
*8. **GET IT TOGETHER!*
It is essential to planning and tracking relevant activities. With
everything in one place, you are reminded to call someone and are provided
with the telephone number; while on the phone you can refer to pertinent
notes, set an appointment without fear of a schedule conflict
*9. **DEVIDE AND CONQUER!*
When overwhelmed by the enormity of the project, break it down into the
smaller task and get a different (more reasonable) perspective. Deal with
only one task at time
*10. **ELIMINATE INTERRUPTION *
Cut down the everyday noisy interruption which occur once every eight
minutes in the form of colleague interruptions, telephone calls, meeting,
etc or at least keep them to a tight, specific agenda and timeline so they
don't run over
