I got the point that learning english is for lifetime. Yes we should. 
But to able to speak and understand english need only few year if we serious to 
learn. To be fluent in english sure we must take more time. And the impotant 
thing that you should use it anytime if posibble so you will not forget it.

 To be fluent english seafarer it is not so easy like moving back
 palm of your hand , it will be take a time and never ending even do , you have
 took 5 years course in the university it's not sufficient enough to be good
 English speaker because learning is endless , infinity and no limitation for
 the age.
 as long as we can understand properly what exactly the people want and we know
 how to speaks clearly what we want. so... that is the real meaning of English
 we needed.
 Again , I believed all the people in this Groups had better English than other
 people outside but just be cool , lets our companion improve their English 
don't
 think that we were the right one in this English matter.
