Dear Seafarer & Manning Agent Ya ini sangat membingungkan, apa karena di Indonesia rancu atau Memang Indonesia sudah rancu, kok koki diharuskan mempunyai Watch keeping. Saya sering dengar, tapi nggak percaya diperlukan. Tapi ini memang diperlukan, untuk melewati interview tampaknya. Kalau buat bekerja, maksud saya ditempat kerja ya tidak diperlukan.
Watchkeeping sertificate kan adalah sertifikat bahwa yang bersangkutan diakui untuk boleh bertugas jaga laut. Sailor saja sebenarnya tidak perlu sertifikat tersebut. Apakah karena ini Indonesia bung ????????????
