Why not you will be a Master and a Chief Engineer to run that ship. If you
think yo can't handle it and you don't have any licence. Pls be appreciate to
the Master Mariner and Master Marine Engineer by offering them with the
reasoable wages.
Pls don't think too easy to get the licence and experience. Being respectfull
to
the skill of the professional.
