Didalam CBA/KKB KPI dan juga umumnya KKB/CBA ada pasal yg mengatur Wark Risk Area (WRA).1. Pelaut harus diberitahu bahwa kapal akan melewati WRA.2. Pelaut menmpyunyai HAK untuk menolak ikut kapal yg berlayar kedaerah WRA3. Jika melewati WRA akan diberikan War Risk Bonus sebesar 2 x Gaji Basic dengan bayaran minimal 5(lima) hari kerja. Misalnya lewatnya cuma satu harui makan tetap akan dibayarkan untuk lima hari bonus. Semoga membantu ASalam
