Silahkan langsung ke perhubungan di lantai parkir layanan satu atap dengan membawa 1. sertifikat keahlian pelaut/pengukuhan + foto copy yg sudah di legalisir 2. foto 3x4 = 2 lembar dasar merah untuk mesin ,dasar biru untuk deck. 3. buku pelaut asli + foto copy semua yg ada di buku pelaut yg ada tulisannya, kalau yg sudah class 1 tak ada juga tak di permasalahkan.. 4. sertifikat ketrampilan thanks semoga bermanfaat.
