Ada yg sudah menganut system baru ini?
Apakah STCW 2010 ini banyak perubagahannya ttg certification pelaut?
Atau hanya amendment dan tidak perlu ganti certificate dgn stamp " STCW 2010"
dgn kata lain certificate STCW 1995 itu harus di upgrade lagi/diganti dgn stamp
2010?
Bagi yg sudah menjalankan dan mengetahui banyak ttg STCW 2010 ini tolong di
share ya...
Ada sih informasi di OM GOOGLE, tapi saya ingin tahu yg real dan yg sudah
