ngak begitu juga pak,perusahan di abudhabi seperti kfs bila crew akan pulang sebelum masa vacation harus membayar sendiri uang tiket,bila sudah setahun diberikan masa vacation,dan ditambahkan 1bln gaji,bila tidak pulang uang tiket akan d berikan,kpd crew dan uang lebihan satu bulan gaji,sulitnya untuk pulang karena mereka telah membuat residence card,atau labour card yg tidak besar harganya 10.000dirham selama 3thn,bila habis harus keluar k kish iland untuk memperpanjang,karena itu sulit bila ingin pulang,mereka harus mencancel crew residence,lebih berat pada libur atau lebaran......yg harga tiket lebih mahal dri pada tiket pulang dri eropa.salam
