Our Client is a Multinational in Shipping. They have opening for a Vessel
Manager for their Singapore office. The responsibility for this role are as
below:
- Representative of, and the point of contact for, vessel project modifications
& other technical requirements
- Assigned to a vessel group, you will oversee their technical management &
operation within the QHSE system and Class, Flag & other legal requirements.
You will also be responsible for the budgeting, cost management, coordination
of vessel crewing requirements and supervise vessel captains & chief engineers
of fleet assigned
You must have a Class 1 Certificate of Competency, sailed as Chief Engineer on
offshore DP classed vessels and/ or barges, have a good knowledge of technical
management issues and shore experience in a Management/ Superintendent position
of a minimum 3-5 years.
Requirements:
Class 1 COC with sailing experience as Chief Engineer as well as minimum 3
years of Management/Superintending experience on shore is required for this
role.
