Amandemen Manila akan d mulai diberlakukan pada 1 Jan 2012.Bagi para siswa/Taruna/calon Pelaut yg memulai Diklat pd atau setelah tgl 1 Juli 2013 wajib menggunakan kurikulumdan silabus sesuai Amandemen Manila.Para Pelaut pemegang COP dan COP yg d terbitkan sesuai dgn ketentuan konvensi STCW amandemen 1995,diberikan waktu smpai tgl 31 Des 2016 untk memenuhi ketentuan dalam Amendemen Manila.....
