pada kenyataan dilapangan,khususnya UAE sini... masih ada yang mau join....baik dari senior ataupun junior kita... padahal jelas2 gaji tersebut jauh dibawah standart dah bahkan bisa menyebabkan pasaran kita sebagai pelaut turun.... so siapa yang patut kita salahkan.....??? pelaut??? broker??? ataupun company??? padahal kalo dilihat dilapangan rata2 skill mereka sudah pada mumpuni,bahkan ada yg jauh diatas pelaut dari negara lain.....so who was to blame in such circumstances .... ???
