C/Engineer: First time after promotion $7,000
5. 2/Engineer USD 5,750
6. (a) 4/Engineer: USD 2,750
(b) 4/Engineer with fitter's licence or good experience in
welding and lathe experience where no fitter on board
bonus $250 per month.
7. (a) Electrical Engineer (simple) USD 2,750
(b) Elect. with electronics (Automation) USD 3,250 first
employment.
After 3 months satisfactory service USD 3,500
AGE GUIDELINES AND CONTRACT PERIOD
1. Master below 55 / 8 months +/-1
2. C/Officer below 50 / 8 months +/-1
3. 3/Off. below 40 / 8 months +/-1
4. C/Eng. below 55 / 8 months +/-1
5. 2/Eng. below 50 / 8 months +/-1
6. 4/Eng. below 40 / 8 months +/-1
7. Electr./Electronics below 50 / 8 months +/-1
