Dear All Informasi untuk rekan2 semua bahwa STCW amandement Manila yg terbaru akan segera diberlakukan.diantaranya mengenai BRM,SSO dan ECDIS Ketiga sertificate itu wajib dimiliki tiap pelaut yg berijasah mulai ANT I,II,III dan ANT IV.ijasah ANT sendiri akan segera di ganti Nama COC ( Ceritificate Of Competency ) dan nantinya bukan lg ANT.
