Dear all, Safe minimum license untuk kpl bendera Indonesia yaitu, Master, Chief Officer, 2nd Officer, Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer. Tp untuk kpl bendera asing Safe minimum license yaitu Master, Ch. Mate , Ch. Eng, and 2nd Engineer. Itu yg sering saya jumpai jd kl ada tambahan 2nd Officer untuk kpl bendera asing berarti hanya tambahan krn kebijakan perusahaan dan itu diperbolehkan. Krn aturan yg diterapkan IMO semua hanyalah minimum standard jd boleh lebih dan tidak boleh kurang.
