Merantau ke jakarta.....niat mau bikin sertifikat sbagai pelaut
pemula....dengan biaya cukup.....nyata ny sampe ke jakarta.....yg bisa di bikin
cuma Basic safety traning,advaced fire fighting,Mefa,TF.....dengn berat hati
saya hnya mengambil BST,AFF........buat ambil antd/attd Bst harus 7bln+masa
layar....mau ambil scrb pun harus punya masal layar min 6 bln.....ya allah kok
di persulit gini.....dinas perhubungan seperti ngeluarin praturan yg
rumit......di mana saya mau join kapal.....jika hnya mempunyai bst,aff,buku
pelaut.....gmn saya mau ambil scrb,,,sdngkan perusahaan meminta min
attd/antd.trpaksa ngangur lg 7 bln.....nasib²
