Cargo Securing Manual menurut pengalaman saya sudah ada di kapal Cargo (tidak tahu untuk Tanker/chemical/Passenger, dll). Biasanya disimpan di kamar Master atau di Bridge. Dalam Bahasa Inggris (tidak tahu bila utk kpl Indonesia menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia?). Jadi memang betul setiap kapal beda2.
