Dear Sirs, I understand that we have inform your good office that we have
expelled our Managing Director Mr. Gatot C Sadewo in November last year. We
found out that while working with us he is setting up another Company. Namely
PT Tenaga Satu Persada. Please be advised that PT Tenaga Baru is not part of or
have any relation whatsoever with PT Tenaga Satu. PT Tenaga Satu statement in
his website stating that " THE COMPANY IS A MUTUALLY JOINT SHARE BUSINESS.
Newly established in August 2012 as a follow up of TBNP Manpower" is
misleading. We have warned Mr Gatot to change the name as we did knew at that
time the name is still in booking process at Ministry of Law. As we found out
now, he ignored it and continue using the same name. Using name close/similar
to another with the same service/business is against Intellectual Property
Rights. The impact of similarity has made our Principal, Seafarers confused.
Supplier, provider which include Lloyd Register made a gross mistake by sending
Invoice for job never done. We are in process to subpoena PT Tenaga Satu and
whoever (Indonesian or Foreign National) involve in its business that damage PT
