2.Akan ada sert baru Operator Radio GMDSS
3.ANT-D akan diubah Dan harus ditambah AB-Deck Certiticate
4.ANT-V ke ANT-IV masa layar 36bln + Prola 1 thn
5.ANT-IV ke ANT-III masa layar 36bln + Prola 1 th
6.ANT-III ke ANT-II masa layar 36bln
7.ANT-V, IV dan III tidak ada lagi Endors jadi Master. Harus ikut Diklat Khusus
8. Mulai 1 Juli 13 program baru dilaksanakan.
