Bener sih..omongan bung ferdinand, cm mslh utamanya skrg jarang skli bhkan mgkin tdk ada broker atau agent yg mau tau pantas atau tidaknya salary yg diberikan buat kandidat !!! Mereka cm tau naikin org uang masuk, baik fee dr prshaan pemohon maupun charge dari si kandidat...pdhl dlm hal ini kt berbicara ttg kebutuhan tenaga ahli bersertifikat utk suatu posisi di kapal meskipun hnya tingkat rating, sangat disayangkan hal spti ini akan terus berkelanjutan tnpa solusi yg jelas....
