Dear all, Untuk pembuatan KTKLN bisa di KPI Cikini tetapi anda harus wajibkan menjadi anggota KPI dengan membayar iuran selama 1 tahun. kalau di Jl.pengantin Ali-Ciracas hanya membawa persyaratan yang telah saya informasikan sebelumnya kepada teman-teman Pelaut. terserah anda mau memilih yang mana kedua-duanya bisa.
