Bung eka yg budiman, maksud kawan itu bukan blok2an tapi belajar dr beheiver dr kawan pelaut yd dtg dr segala tingkatan dan culture kedaerahan serta karakter yg dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan di sekitar para rekan pelaut berdomisili serta kerasnya persaingan didalam mendapat kan tempat bekerja yg sesuai dgn keinginan , kadang etika didalam bertutur di milis ini sudah out of control shg tidak bisa lagi membedakan mana officer mana rating untuk itu saya pribadi memohon untuk selalu menjaga etika dlm bertutur di milis ini bila tidak ingin pemisahan hirarki terwujud!
