 INFID (International NGO  Forum on Indonesian Development) is seeking for two 
people with strong  analytical and research skills for the
 positions of MDG¢s Advocacy  Coordinator and Debts Advocacy Coordinator.  
    
  * MDG¢s Advocacy Coordinator *
   (Code:  MDG¢s)
    Role:  
  -      Management: to  plan, implement, develop, monitor and evaluate 
programs related to poverty  eradication advocacy.
  -      Coordination: to  coordinate advocacy of poverty eradication and MDG¢s 
within INFID Secretariat,  with INFID local and international members and 
network.
    
  Responsibilities:
  ·         Research and Write report  on relevant thematic and activity 
issues, including, but not limited to, working  paper and annual report 
  ·         Maintain and manage  networks and partnership both inside and 
outside Indonesia to  advance INFID advocacy work
  ·         Monitor policies related to  the MDG and the implementation in 
Indonesia with specific regard to the  Poverty Alleviation Policies. 
  ·         Manage and administer  the MDG campaign  projects
  ·         Maintain adequate narrative  and financial on monthly, mid-annual 
and annual basis.
  ·         Work as  a team member in developing proposal  and  report for  
fundraising
  ·         He/she will be responsible  and report to Executive Director
  ·         Develop media relations to  promote public campaign.
    
  Qualifications:
  ·         Indonesian Citizen, age  between 30 - 40
  ·         S1 / S2 degree in social sciences, or other disciplines but with  
experiences in social and economic research and advocacy.
  ·         Experience at least 5 years  in a non profit organization 
  ·         Excellent Writing  skill  in English and Bahasa  Indonesia
  ·         Collaborative team worker  with ability to work both independently 
and as part of a team  
  ·         Possess good research and  analytical skills
  ·         Excellent public speaking  skills and good English is a must
  ·         Strong interest about  development issues. 
  ·         Proven gender sensitivity.  
    
    
  * Debt Advocacy Coordinator *
   (Code:  DAC)  Role:           
  -  Management: to plan, implement, develop, monitor and evaluate programs 
related  to debt advocacy at INFID.
  -  Coordination: to coordinate debt advocacy within INFID Secretariat, with 
INFID  local and international members and network
    
  Responsibilities:
  ·         Research and Write report  on relevant thematic and activity 
issues, including, but not limited to, working  paper and annual report 
  ·         Maintain and manage  networks and partnership inside and outside 
Indonesia to  advance INFID advocacy work
  ·         Monitor policies related to  the  issues of Indonesia ¢s  foreign 
debts and the implementation of foreign borrowing;  
  ·         Manage and administer the  projects on debt advocacy.
  ·         Maintain adequate narrative  and financial report on monthly, 
mid-annual and annual  basis.
  ·         Work as a team member in  developing proposal and report for 
fundraising
  ·         He/she will be responsible  and report to Executive Director.
  ·         Develop media relations to  promote public campaign.
    
  Qualifications:

disciplines but with good track records in social and economic  research.

particularly on Globalisation, trade and debt issues

  ·         Collaborative team worker  with ability to work both independently 
and as part of a team  
  ·         Possess good research and  analytical skills.
  ·         Excellent public speaking  skills and have good English (speaking 
and writing).
  ·         Strong interest about  development issues and globalization issues.
  ·         Proven gender  sensitivity.
