Job Description:
- Inventory Reconciliation, Monthly.
All outgoing and incoming Inventory
- Prepare Inventory Report with FIFO method (Actual Vs Budget)
- General Ledger / Data Entry è GL System
- Cost Control (Daily)
- Approve all purchase request from user (check to budget)
- Approve all Store requisition from user
- Approve all Receiving Record from warehouse
- Monitoring & controlling expenses. Identifying that all expenses released are efficiently & precisely, so that it will not be over budget.
- Managing stock op name
