The ACA is an abomination - not only for those who remain uninsured, but also for the millions who must buy on the exchanges (hating the mandate and vulnerable to critique of it by reactionaries, too) only to find they must spend thousands of dollars out of pocket before their silver or bronze "insurance" insures, and also for the millions who face the choice between ever-eroding plans offered by their employer or the exchange.
