Robert Naiman wrote, "I'm totally down with celebrating ... the 
Affordable Care Act. But ... 29 million people still lack health 
insurance. What are we going to do about that?"

The ACA is an abomination - not only for those who remain uninsured, but 
also for the millions who must buy on the exchanges (hating the mandate 
and vulnerable to critique of it by reactionaries, too) only to find 
they must spend thousands of dollars out of pocket before their silver 
or bronze "insurance" insures, and also for the millions who face the 
choice between ever-eroding plans offered by their employer or the exchange.

Sanders makes it simple: improved Medicare for everyone.
