Not necessarily, someone could have sent it to her. Even if she's
here, let's be fair to her; there is a lot of stuff posted here and it
takes a lot of time to go through them. I just wished people would
make a bit more effort to write less impulsive stuff. Not against
them. It would just improve quality of discussion if people - like you
do - read more before responding.
I have also come to like Gunther Frank as he engages in
discussion with anybody. Actually he even suggested once to H-
World that we should formally conduct debates in the internet
rather than in journals - this from a man who has published over
300 articles.
