Doesn't increasing the supply of unskilled labor cheapen its price, 
especially as the demand for unskilled labor is sinking? What do we do about 
that? Does emigration hurt the source countries?

I really don't know the answers to these questions; I'm really trying to 
provoke serious discussion.
