There are however some important books in English on this topic by Jurgens-Malsch-Dohse, Kenney-Florida, and Appelbaum-Baut; in French there is a report to the Commisariat General du Plan by Jacot. On lean production more generally there is also a volume by Parker-Slaughter and a book in French by Coriat (Penser a l'envers). On the so-called 'end of the division of labor' there is a research in German by Kern-Schumann. Something was published also in the International Journal of Political Economy. If someone wants more details, I can send them next monday. riccardo ================================================================== Riccardo Bellofiore e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Department of Economics Tel: (39) -35- 277505 (direct) University of Bergamo (39) -35- 277501 (dept.)
