I have already made my thoughts known. I do not think that a discussion about the middle east will be particularly fruitful here. This thread is a case in point. Carl's statement [and to a lesser extent Baaackly's] take this matter a step further by attacking the individual poster. I am thinking of the "bordering on the irrational" statement. If we are going to make any headway here, we must do so by taking on important subjects, not by attacking each other.
