Lies! Lies! & Sample Bias! I'd like to know the breakdown by age, income, etc. Every year they do surveys of all the employees at my workplace, and: a) the people making good salaries are "satisfied" and b) everyone else is not! I have a strong suspicion that whatever the WSJ says, there sample is probably highly skewed toward "symbol manipulators." BTW - who publishes Bowles & Edwards "Understanding Capitalism."
