ECONOMICS:  The LEWIS AND CLARK COLLEGE Department of Economics invites 
applicants for the Robert B. Pamplin, Jr. Endowed Chair beginning Fall 
2001. Lewis and Clark College is a private liberal arts college with 
1750 undergraduates.  Usual teaching load is five courses per academic 
year and includes regular participation in the college's first-year 
general education program.  In addition, the candidate should have 
teaching and research interests in macroeconomics or urban and regional
