The course description is as follows:

"This live event will help increase your alliance competency and decrease your chances 
of failing. Using a methodology proven to be successful and offered through Executive 
Education at the California Institute of Technology, as well as over 2000 companies, 
this seminar will address the high failure rate of alliances and how to avoid becoming 
part of that statistic. Lorraine Segil will discuss how to stay in tune with partner's 
cultures, understand the practical process behind forming and managing alliances, and 
how to go about getting buy-in for the alliance withing the company. Program 
participants will receive a step-by-step methodology on how to create, manage, and add
