Oil and coal are ubiquitous and the processing technology is basic mechanical and accessable on almost any scale. Once fossil fuels are gone the only sources of energy are highly technical and easily controllable. When you control the technology you control the energy and you can hire the next Bush to represent you to his generation. But by definition you've found the tool to dissolve capitalism by removing their fossil fuel. Become conservative!
